If a person has died and the Will can't be found, even though we're certain there was one made, does this mean the person has died intestate? It's an awkward situation as the deceased, had 3 children and said verbally many times what they wanted to happen with their estate(i.e. left to the one child who cared for them). There's no property just a relatively small bank account.
