As per the title - an employee had put a case to the employment appeals tribunal against a company. The employee has since passed away. Will the EAT case go ahead when it comes up?
Usually in civil the case continues. Is the application already made and underway? If it is I think it continues - there are time limits - not clear that it could start but thats just on the basis of a narrow interpretation of the Act.
