I am employed and paying the higher rate of tax.
My wife is a teacher but has taken a career break to raise the family and will be losing her permanent position.
She has been offered 6 weeks substitution work at a local school and has accepted. My understanding is that in "INTO land" this is "casual substitiution work" and she will earn €187 per day.
We are married.
I'm just wondering if we have to do anything re tax for this 6 week period to ensure we don't pay too much.
