My wife is going back to work part time, working 12 hours per week after a number of years looking are our children. We are currently jointly tax assessed with married tax credits and bands assessed to my PAYE income. Looking for guidance on any tax credits or band allowances my wife can claim. If she can earn anything without being liable for TAX or do we need need to allocate our joint tax credit (and if so reducing mine).
