Who should claim tax relief? Me or my dad?

Hi,

I'm looking to claim tax relief on medical expenses. I only work part time- 12 hours a week on minimum wage. As a student (technically mature student at this point) I am dependent on my dad. I'm wondering who should claim the tax back myself or my father?

Also can I claim for the implanon (contraceptive bar), cost of consultation and of insertion surgery? Can all prescriptions be claimed for?

If your Dad paid these bills, he should claim the tax relief.

All presciptions can be claimed for.
