Who owns the Guinness brewery site?

In 1799 Arthur signed a 9000 year lease with Mark Rainsford who is I presume dead by now. I believe the yearly rent was £45. My question is who received this €45 in 2008? Is there a great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson of Mr Rainsford who gets the dosh every year?

I thought of this myself recently and looked for an answer in a book i have about the history of Guinness but with no luck.

You could go and look it up in the valuation office if you are interested enough.

Perhaps email Guinness including their marketing people and ask them ? Let us know if you discover the truth. ;)
