I heard recently there is a good deal going with one of the banks/building societies, if your LTV is less than 75% or something like that but I can't remember the name of the bank and I don't know what exactly they are offering. I think it may be Irish Nationwide or National Irish Bank but not too sure. Does anyone know? and if so do you know what exactly they are offering?
