Who insures drivers with 5 penalty points

I have 5 points and 2 are due to clear half way during next year. Insurance companies are refusing to quote me as I have more than 4. Chill is the only one who is but it has sky rocketed. Does anyone have experience of trying to shop around with penalty points

I know nothing about them other than when shopping around recently I recall seeing they offer cover for those with up to 5 points.

I had 5 penalty points last year at the start of my cover. I went through Hooper Dolan Insurance in Waterford (www.hdgroup.ie) and got a quote which was a couple of hundred cheaper than the others.
No other affiliation to HD Group.

I got six or eight online quotes a couple of months ago and I was sure that some of them didn't worry about up to six points. My own points dropped from six to three during the year, so I'm afraid I wasn't paying that much attention. The one I went with certainly stipulates six or less ([broken link removed], sorry it's for over fifties only). I assumed the normal limit had gone up to six because a bunch of penalty point offences -- including speeding -- went up from two to three points in December 2014.
