Who has complaints with the Ombudsman on permanent tsb tracker cases?

Daravara reported here that the Ombudsman has rejected their complaint on the Discounted Tracker rate.


I think it would be useful to try to catalogue the complaints which are outstanding.

This thread is for cataloguing them and not for discussion of the complaints which can be done in separate threads.

Please follow this format:
