Hello,

We are returning to Ireland from abroad and wish to buy a house. My husbands contract will continue in Ireland so no issue with being out of work. We have a mortgage with Bank Of Ireland and would sell existing house and trade up or keep and borrow to buy second. We have savings with AIB, Permanent tsb and EBS.
Who should we approach for a mortgage?

I would contact a broker as your situation isn't necessarily straight forward. Ideally go to a broker that deals with multiple lenders.
