Which course better to get into the Healthcare sector; Medical Sec or Pharm Asst?

Which course is better to gain access into the Healthcare sector; Medical Secretary Introduction + Terminology course OR Pharmacy Assistant course? Any information anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Look up pharmacy technician courses on qualifax. If the medical secretary course is only an introduction it will be unlikely to get you hired above those with higher education courses these days. You should at least get FETAC Level 5

I was looking for some advice from someone who had done the Pharmacy Technician Course.
I would be a mature student (someone who hasnt studied in many years!) and I am going to be made redundant in September this year.
Would it be considered a difficult course for someone with no Science background - also I would have family commitments (3 children)
Any advice appreciated.
