Which Bank for Tesco Credit Card?

Can anyone tell me who's the bank that issues the credit cards on behalf of Tesco? Thank you.

They are actually issued by Tesco Personal Finance, and this is the logo on the card. Tesco Personal Finance is a joint venture between Tesco and RBS.
