Where to hold my shares from ShareWatch - Now FXCM Securities

Hi All,
I have some shares that I bought with Sharewatch back in the day and they've now been transferred to FXCM Securities. They want a fee every year if I don't execute a trade. All I want is to hold onto the share in some form of "holding" account until such a time as I may want to sell them.
What are my options? Is there anywhere I can hold them without incurring a fee every year?

Thanks for the reply Ravima. I did a search but didn't see any posts specifically about where to hold shares that don't incur fees every quarter. Can you point me to at least one post that could help? I can make my own way after that.
