My father sadly passed away recently. His will was simple and quite clear, home and all savings to go to mum.
This is the thing - while mum knows they had savings she doesnt know where they are.
Other than the local current account she has no idea where the other savings are. Both mum and dad are very cautious people so we are all fairly sure the money isnt spent. Where can mum get the details of dads financial status - given that she has the will allocating it to her?
