Where to buy ready made cast iron railings?

We are hoping to erect a garden wall with cast iron wall railings on top - similar to this.

Does anyone know of a supplier of ready made cast iron wall railings - we're trying to keep costs down and don't want to have them custom made, but would be happy to space the pillars to fit the standard size railings.
