Where should I start my pension?

Hi,

I am trying to suss out different pension providers to decide where to take out my pension. The service charges on some of them seem to be exhorbitant. I am 25, so have a lot of time before retirement, but I want to start it as soon as possible. My employer will match any contribution I make up to 5%. I am currently earning 30,000 but my salary will jump quickly over the next few years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
