Where on the CA24 Revenue Affidavit form should I put Verizon/Vodafone shares which my father didn't cash in before he died and which were in his and my mothers names. She predeceased him and the fact that she jointly owned the shares with him is causing me doubt regarding where to enter them on the form.
On the Compushare website I was able to get the value at date of my Dads death but I'm wondering if the fact that they are not in his sole name going to cause a problem ?
If they were in his sole name then I would enter them in Part 5 page 9 of the CA24 which is for "Property Outside the State".
