This is the only reference I can find in the act. The investigation must be conducted in private. The Act is silent on the publication of the finding.
PTSB made a claim recently that the Ombudsman ruled in its favour in all ten cases taken on the issue of buy to let mortgages moving from interest-only.
It would be very helpful to other complainants if the Ombudsman confirmed this and if they published the decisions.
They would presumably leave the names of the complainants out.
