Maybe, you would need to see policy before making a decision, also contacting a solicitor before submitting to test.
The test wasn't random - it was targeted.
Wording was incorrect, I meant 2 other members made same mistake, but were not tested.
Not relevant - anyone working in an organisation that has a drug testing policy (regardless of the circumstances), makes a conscious decision...
