Where can i find a generic lease agreement?

Instead of paying €75 for someone to fill in a generic lease agreement for me I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a url where I could download one. It is for a three bed house leased out for one year at a time.

I suppose I cant see any reason why a lease I use would be any different from 95% of people. Am I mistaken here?
