When will new interest rate kick in?

Hi,

All going to plan I'm going to be drawing down on my mortgage tomorrow. It's fixed for the first year at 2.94%... Assuming that the ECB rate goes up by a quarter of a percent today, will that have taken affect and changed my fixed rate by tomorrow when I draw down the mortgage?
