(This seems to be rather late in the game to have to produce it, imo) I thought legally this was meant to be available before hand, or maybe I'm confusing with the UK. Would appreciate advice. M mf1 Registered User Messages 4,437 12 Apr 2010 #2 Estate Agent should have a copy of it and should make it available to all prospective buyers. A copy can be sent with the Title and Contract and the original can be handed over at closing. mf
