At what point does the buyer see the BER cert on the property which they sale agreed?
Is it on the day of signing with solicitor? (This seems to be rather late in the game to have to produce it, imo)
I thought legally this was meant to be available before hand, or maybe I'm confusing with the UK.
Would appreciate advice.
