When to Close my UB Account

As of yet I have not received any notice from UB about closing my account, has anyone got a timescale for when this account should be closed?

You can close it anytime. I'd advise sorting it soon so you are not rushed. It took a few weeks for a friend to get an appointment with AIB. We switched ours recently and I contacted all the companies we have direct debits with. I then waited until all dd's were being taken from the new account before closing UB account. In all it took a couple of months for everything to switch over.
