when does single parent credit end?

sister has 21 year old in college -
basically what i want to check is when do you lose ur 2nd single tax credit - she is single parent? is it 21 . is there any other relief she can get?

From the document Joe linked:

"A qualifying child means a child:

• who, if over 18 years of age:
  • is receiving full-time education or undergoing a fulltime training course for a trade or profession for a minimum of two years,"

I don't see where 21 comes into it
