I know there's limited emoji usage on AAM, but it looks like WhatsApp have replaced the black'n'white football emoji with a multicoloured version

It's based on the adidas special edition ball for the world cup.

Great example of a First World problem.

Well, at least I hope the position of the emoji is stable, and doesn't move around as much as Adidas' previous "special ball" jubulani.

Indeed it is. But , a word of praise for the black n white ball from an anorak in one of my football groups.....
" That's my fave world cup football. I think it was first used in 1974?It was called the Telstar Durlast and was plastic-coated, which stopped the ball weighing 45kg in the rain, and probably saved lives ....."
