Whats 2nd fix plumbing & carpentry

Hi There
can anyone tell me whats the state of 2nd fix plumbing and carpentry?
How long from this stage to finished should it approx take?
This is on a new build semi.

2nd fix carpentry includes fitting doors, architraves, skirtings, hand rails and spindles for stairs, built in wardrobes, it may also include fitting timber flloor boards and boxing in the plumbers pipework. for a typical semi it should take 2 to 3 weeks providing the wet trades and plumber are finished. Plumbing second fix involves the installation of the bathroom ware, heating rads, hot and cold water finishing points, approximately one weeks work but may require a longer programme if materials are not ready / arrived.
