Health Insurance What would the best policy be for a family of 4, 2 young kids under 8

I may be changing jobs, in my current role i have a BUPA corporate policy out of the uk that covers all of us, seems to be very good cover with most day to day medical cover and good coverage for anything major,

what would be an equivalent plan with the irish insurers?
