I am not interested in trackers, just loans where the lender has the power to vary the rate.

I have documented the SVRs for home loans here.

PTSB 5.99%

ICS new business> 75% 5.45%

Bank of Ireland new business > 75% 5.15%

Bank of Ireland 5%

[broken link removed]4.9%

AIB 3.95% (4.45% from 3 Sept)

NIB 4.35% (Discounts available to current account customers)

EBS 4.33%

Hi,

PTSB are charging me 5.99% on RIP mortgage. Scandalous. I am managing to pay principal and interest but it can be a struggle. I estimate that this is costing me an extra €350 -€400 per month over and above what I would be paying if I were with e.g. AIB or ESB. Property is in negative equity but I am commited to paying off full loan. Not helped by high interest rate

Rgds,
