What value for PPR disposition on Form 11?

Hi,

I disposed of my PPR in 2019 with my partner. I believe we both have to declare the disposition on each of our Form 11's. Do we each put half the value of the disposition and add the claim the PPR relief for half the value? (We did not have a capital gain).
