Wrong forum what to do with laminated print

I got a nice art print 70 x 50 cm and as a frame would be expensive I had it laminated with the intention of putting it up with blutak. But it will not stay up. Has anyone any ideas? I have another one too, 30x40 cm, not laminated

Does anyone know where one would get cheap frames these sizes? Could i frame the laminated one or would it look bad?
