What price parking space

Hi,
My son and his friend have just moved into a apartment (renting) and the landlord has given them permission to rent out the car parking space that comes with it. Does anyone know how much they should look for per month for this. The space is within the apartments adjacent to the Gas Works and behind the new Google office at Barrow St., The rent will certainly be welcomed by the pair to offset their rent on the apartment. Any advice?

Get onto daft.ie. That's the market.

Hard to know for the area as it's 'new' but close to town you would typically be getting €120 to €150 a month. I'm sure you've thought of it already but a large notice in google's offices (or on some website frequented by their staff) wouldn't do your chances any harm as they are unlikely to have parking spaces for all their staff!
