What is the top tax rate in Ireland?

I am trying to figure out the top tax rate. Is this correct?

For people earning over €100,000

|PAYE|self-employed
Income tax|41%|41%
USC |7%|7%
USC surcharge||3%
PRSI|4%|4%
Total|52%|55%

The top MTR themselves are not out of line with many other countries.

It's the income levels where they kick in that's crazy low.

32,800 for a single person, after that 52% - crazy.
