What is She entitled too...

Hi All,

My sister has two children.. One five and at school the other is 2 years of age. She wants to return to work and as usual the government is not forthcoming with information on benefits.

What I want to find out is what is she entitled too to enable her to return to work. She wants to be able to put the youngest into childcare but does not think she can afford it, is their any support available

First of all please clarify:
Is she in receipt of any SW payment? If so, which one.
Is your sister a married person?
Is she registered with FAS? There are lots of courses running up and down the country for which she might qualify, but without more information it's difficult to direct you.
