What is current Variable Rate for existing homeloan?

Hi There,

We will be coming off a 2 year fixed soon and I'm wonder what is the variable rate for exisiting homeloans?

and how much is it per €1000 over 30 years?

Your current lender should be able to tell you over the phone what variable rate you will be going on to.
It might be worth considering fixing the rate on some or all of your mortgage - the variable rates could be rising later in the year. If your LTV is still under 50% (it was in previous posts) - you can get 3.7% fixed for 5 years at PTSB. There will be legal fees / valuation fees if you switch .
