I have submitted a complaint about a bank to the financial ombudsman. They have acknowledged receipt of same and said they will be in touch with me .
What happens next ? am I going to be interviewed ? do we view each others documentation?
I am in the middle of the process myself (PTSB tracker) - my complaint went in in Feb 2017 and mediation went on till start of October 2017. As mediation was not successful (PTSB did not budge on their view) it then moved to the investigation team and the mediator told me this part is currently taking circa 12-18 months to process.
