what happens if an Unfinished Housing Estate is mispelled on the Waiver List?

I would expect that if it is an obvious small spelling error - then you will still be able to claim the waiver .
Your local council should be able to confirm that your estate is the one listed .
How big a mispelling is it ?

It's a pretty big spelling mistake. It took me a while to spot it.

My local council have admitted that it's a mistake and that they have informed the Planning & Housing Section of the Department of the Environment. However when I rang their officals, they said that any mistakes can only be rectified in next years list and that I would have to pay the Houshold Charge for 2012.
