My B1 form mentions to ...''avoid late filing or loss of audit exemption...''

What exemption does this refer to? My company has had 3 revenue audits in the past 20 years, I presume im not exempt from another one?

Audit Exemption is an option for small companies to exempt themselves from having their accounts audited thus avoiding the costs associated with the audit.
