I've another angle on this and just wondering what advice any of you would have. We also have the noise. But we've a well built house - in our case it's deliberate noise. Usually done to prevent our kids getting to sleep.
If I started writing the story I'd be here all day and I'm upset enough as it is. I'm unwell at the moment so sleep is important - I've had to resort to sleeping tablets.
I should also mention their dog - which they have barking all day (they organise this by putting their budgie in the window while they're out at work (can be up to 12-14 hours some days).
Neighbour is separated and has I suspect had an issue with us having a normal family life since we moved in. She doesn't know I'm ill.
