What country charges little or no tax on deposit interest?

I'm not a resident of any country and so am applying for DIRT refund over the past few years.
On the form I have to have a bit filled out by the tax authorities in my "country of residence" and this is becoming a sticking point.
I heard I could become a voluntary resident in some places, so if I do this which country charges the least tax on deposit interest?

Try Jersey or the Isle of Man.

Best of luck with the due diligence. It may be easier to get your Irish account classified as non-resident.
