Wet carpet outside en suite

Hi all,

We are in our new build apartment just over a year. We noticed, shortly after we moved in, that there was a patch of damp on the carpet outside the en suite. It disappeared after that, but now it's back.

The en suite shower is just inside the door, and without knowing very much about this kind of thing, I wonder is there water leaking underneath the shower tray? It looks vey unsightly and I'm concerned that it's going to cause the carpet to rot.

Any advise or opinions would be appreciated!
 
Unlikely to be the shower tray since you'd have been using it all year round?
More likely to be a leaking rad since it's appeared again when heating is turned back on for winter.
Check the nearest radiator valve joints that may need to be tightened.Use some tissue to check when rads are on as it may be a slow leak.
