Weekend breaks in March

Guys,
Anyone aware of any good value breaks in March in the South(ish) region of ireland, even stretching up as far as Kilkenny in particular? Twould need to be a good quality place like at the same time to be honest, otherwise, I'll have my head chopped off!

When you get there how about asking the head waiter or reception to organise champagne breakfast, ( you can ask how much ) A bottle of sparkling wine and some flowers may take the good ladies mind from removing parts of your anatomy
