If house is let with existing furniture is 15,000 a reasonable amount on which to claim wear & tear of fixtures and fittings? would appreciate any advice. thanks,
Maybe a bit on the high side. Should really have a value on the big items such as couch, beds etc. Figures for a couple of houses I have come in around the €10,000 figure
