Waterford Georgian home renovation project

Hi all,

I’m wondering if anyone could offer a recommendation for a renovation project in Waterford. It’s a Georgian 3 story built in the mid-1800’s, hasn’t been lived in in 15 years and needs total gutting. If anyone has worked with a decent contractor, I’d love to hear from them and likewise if there are any contractors to avoid it would be much appreciated.

https://ckrc.ie/ might be worth considering. Ciarán Kelly is the main man and has done work for me on two occasions going back to 2000 ! He's still in business and I couldn't fault him or his work. He did work for me on a new build and also some renovation work on a ~ 20 year old building but he does renovations to old buildings as you'll see from his website.

Looks like he knows what he's doing alright, I'm working on a tight enough budget and I suspect he might be a little good for my purse - I'll reach out and see what he thinks. Thanks a lot for the steer.
