I have a leaking water pipe under a concrete floor in the kitchen. The lino is getting wet and destroyed. Its at a doorway and none of the other adjoining rooms seem to be affected, so I am assuming it is localised.
Is this a job a plumber would do from start to finish ie dig up the concrete, locate and fix the broken pipe, then relay the concrete?
Or who should I contact? Its a small job and probably not worth anyone's time to come out if I need a plumber and a builder.
