Water droplets under roof membrane

Hi all,

House built/kinda! finished just over a year, in respect to the roof the insulation is metac full filled between the rafters with a counter batten over it. In the use able / living area section of the roof it is sealed below with a vapour membrane and the tapes etc with no issue. The issue im encountering is in the seperate attic area behind a air sealed half door, i was in measuring up to apply the membrane in the attic and noticed water droplets under the roof membrane on the top side of the metac/mineral wool on the north elevation with the south bone dry. The question is, does this issue require further investigation or is this due to no vapour barrier installed under this section of insulation. Thanks for any pointers in advance.

What is the ventilation like in that space? Condensation could be a factor.
