Hi
Living in a house with an EPS Bison unit. Noticed a problem in the general area of unit at weekend and had de sludged yesterday. It appears that a fitting on outlet pipe is broken so outlet not being directed correctly! Awaiting callback from EPS having contacted them a few times yesterday.
Very stressed about this and wondering if anyone can advise how to get it repaired and by whom (assuming EPS don't bother). In Galway region.
