Warning about purchasing additional minutes from Vodafone

Just wanted to warn people about purchasing Vodafone add ons. I only had 15 international minutes left of my top up so decided to purchase a 100 minute add on. I expected that I would then have 115 minutes but got a text to say I had a 100 minutes - it automatically overrides what you have. Customer Service could not reinstate and simply say it is in the terms and conditions. It does not tell you on the website that you should read the terms and conditions before purchasing add ons. I just feel this is another example of Vodafone using small print against the consumer!
