An elderly cousin was made a ward of court in 2019 and resides in a rural nursing home. The remaining family would like to see if they could have her moved closer to where they live to facilitate visiting etc.
What is the process to ask the court to consider this request ? Will they need legal representation or will a letter to the right person suffice ?
