Just looking for some advice before contacting the bank or would love to hear from anyone who is in a similar situation
We want to sell our house that is in neg. equity and move to another part of the country. Please find details below.
23 years left on mortgage.
BOSI tracker - currently paying 1.4%
Bought for €378,000 in 2007
Currant outstanding mortgage is €298,000
House value €230,000 - €250,000
Savings €34,000
No arrears and have never missed a payment and no problem paying everymonth
Has anyone contacted them with regard a deal, its a long shot I know and we would need money for buying a new house, solicitor fees and estate agents etc. I was think of around €10,000 but probably just wishful thinking.
